Home Kitchens, bedrooms, nurseries, basements. Envora shows you what you breathe — and tells you how to fix it, usually for free. Office & Co-work CO₂ is the single strongest environmental lever on office productivity — and the cheapest to fix. Envora gives facilities teams and founders the number to argue with. CO₂ and indoor air quality monitoring for schools Classroom CO₂ and indoor air quality evidence for better ventilation decisions, measurable cognitive lift, and the data trail governors and parents want. Labs & Clinics Envora One is precise enough for laboratories, clinics and regulated spaces, and comes with a signed calibration certificate per device ID. Studios & Gyms Hot yoga, spin, HIIT and small studios generate extreme humidity and CO₂ loads. Envora tells you how your ventilation is holding up — live, per-room, per-class. Podcasts & Studios Envora flags the HVAC hum, the fridge compressor, the neighbour's drill — and the concentration drift that flattens your delivery — before the tape picks any of it up. Landlords & Letting Continuous, timestamped indoor air quality records for every unit you manage — so damp disputes end in data, not arguments.

Best air quality monitor with no subscription

A no-subscription air quality monitor means you pay once for hardware and keep the app, alerts, history and integrations for the life of the device. That is rarer than it should be — here is what to check before buying.

What Envora One brings

The case for Envora One.

  • No home subscription, ever. Every feature listed above is included for personal households for the life of the device.
  • Safety alerts are never paywalled — CO, high PM2.5, dangerous CO₂.

  • Envora sells hardware, not subscriptions. Your readings are the point of the product, not the business model.

FAQ

Comparison FAQ.

Is Envora One genuinely free to run for home users?

Yes. The Home plan is included for the life of the device — live readings, alerts, app, dashboard, history, firmware updates and integrations. No paywalled features for personal household use.

What is the catch?

No catch. Envora sells hardware to organisations as well — Envora Fleet is per-device monthly billing for the multi-site, audit, SSO and reporting features organisations need. Personal households do not need any of that.

What happens if Envora goes out of business?

Local-only mode keeps every device running off your LAN with MQTT and REST API even if the Envora cloud disappears. Firmware updates are signed and locally installable. Your data is yours.

Why do other monitors charge for the app?

Some vendors fund cloud and app development by tiering history, alerts or integrations. That is a fair business model — it is just one we have chosen not to follow for home users.
