Is reservation binding?
No. We hold a unit in your name and confirm everything by email before any charge. You can cancel any time before dispatch with no penalty.
When will it ship?
Current reservations dispatch within 2–4 weeks of confirmation. We always confirm the exact dispatch date before requesting payment.
Do I pay now?
No. We only request payment once your unit is calibrated and ready to dispatch. Reservation just secures your place in the queue.
Is there a subscription?
Not for personal households. The £249 hardware price includes the Home plan — live readings, alerts, app, dashboard, firmware updates, local integrations and 3-year rolling history — for the life of the device. Organisations pay Envora Fleet per managed device, starting at £3/device/mo (£15/mo minimum) for Fleet Starter and scaling up to Fleet Estate (£7/device/mo, £149/mo minimum) and Enterprise.
What about ten units, fifty, more?
Volume hardware pricing kicks in at 25+ units, with the Fleet plan layered on top. Tell us in the note field, or email hello@envoralabs.com directly — a senior account manager handles fleet from first contact.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping across the UK and EU. For US, AU and elsewhere, drop a note in the form and we will quote shipping individually.
Can I share my reservation?
Yes — forward the confirmation email or copy a colleague when you reply. We are happy to brief teams or buildings before the unit lands.
