Your agreement with us

By buying Envora One or using the Envora app, you agree to these terms. We may update them — any material change will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

The device

Envora One is sold as a one-time purchase. All advertised features and the Envora app are included for the lifetime of the device, and the warranty lasts 2 years (extendable to 4).

The service

The cloud service is provided on a best-effort basis with a 99.9% uptime target. Planned maintenance is notified in advance. Outages do not affect the device itself — Envora One continues to measure and log locally during any cloud unavailability.

Acceptable use

Do not resell API access, reverse-engineer firmware, or use the data to harm others. Otherwise: enjoy.

Liability

We warrant the device against manufacturing defect and sensor drift outside stated accuracy. Envora One is not a life-safety device; we recommend pairing it with a dedicated, audible CO alarm for CO safety.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
