Hardware is paid once: £249 per Envora One, £229 per Envora Radon. Fleet subscriptions do not include hardware. Volume hardware discounts kick in at 25, 100 and 500 units — typically 5–15% off list. The Fleet plan charges for the management layer, not for the hardware or the underlying telemetry.

Which plan should I pick?

Pick the smallest plan that covers your devices, sites and users. Fleet Starter (£3/device/mo, £15/mo minimum) suits small landlords and single-site teams — up to 3 sites with 5 users. Fleet Team (£5/device/mo, £49/mo minimum) opens unlimited sites and users, RBAC, alert routing, scheduled reports, API and signed webhooks. Fleet Estate (£7/device/mo, £149/mo minimum) adds SSO, audit logs, the calibration vault and a 2-hour SLA. Enterprise is bespoke — and you do not need 500+ devices to qualify; a 100-device NHS or industrial customer often goes straight to Enterprise for procurement, security and DPA.

How does per-device pricing work with the minimums?

You pay the higher of (devices × per-device price) or the plan minimum. A Fleet Starter org with 3 devices pays £15/mo; with 6 devices pays £18/mo (6 × £3). The minimum protects us against the cost of running a Fleet org that has very few managed devices; the per-device rate scales linearly above it.

What counts as a managed device?

Envora One and Envora Radon each count as one managed device. Future accessories may have their own pricing or bundle rules — we will publish those clearly before launch.

How long is data kept?

Home and Fleet Starter retain 3 years of rolling history per device. Fleet Team retains 5 years. Fleet Estate retains 7 years — long enough for compliance reviews, lease audits and ESG reporting. Enterprise can negotiate custom retention as part of the DPA.

Can I step up or down between tiers?

Yes — at any time, with no migration. Step up and the new features unlock immediately; step down and we keep your archived data warm for 90 days in case you change your mind. Annual plans pro-rate to the new tier.

Can a business use the free Home plan?

No. The Home plan is for personal household use only. Organisations, landlords, schools, clinics, offices and commercial sites should use Envora Fleet — even for a single device, because the device count cap on Home assumes a single household.

How is billing handled?

Card or invoice. Monthly or annual. Annual billing knocks two months off the year (£30/£50/£70 per device per year, with annual minimums of £150/£490/£1,490). We can issue purchase-order-friendly invoices in GBP, EUR and USD, and we are registered for VAT in the UK and EU.

Can I bring my own SSO?

Yes — at Fleet Estate and Enterprise. Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta and generic SAML 2.0 are supported. SCIM provisioning ships at Enterprise. JIT role mapping via group claims.

Is the API different on Fleet?

It is the same surface — REST + MQTT + signed webhooks — extended with org/site/zone scoping, alert routing endpoints and the audit log API. Code that works against the local API works against the cloud API. Cloud API ships from Fleet Team upwards.

Can we self-host?

On-prem ships at the Enterprise tier — same dashboard, deployed in your VPC. Pricing is bespoke. Drop us a note and we will scope it with you.

Do you offer school and charity pricing?

Yes — registered UK / EU schools, charities and community projects get 25% off Fleet Starter, Fleet Team and Fleet Estate. Email us with proof of status and we configure the org with the discount baked in.
