What a monthly humidity report contains

Each Envora Fleet monthly report covers, per property and per device:

1. Relative humidity range — minimum, maximum, mean, time above thresholds (60%, 70%)
2. Dew-point trend — the real predictor of condensation risk

When the reports help most

Tenancy turnover. A report run on the day a tenant leaves gives an instant baseline for the incoming tenant — and a defensible record if the previous tenant later disputes deposit deductions related to damp or mould.

Insurance and warranty claims. Continuous environmental data is increasingly accepted as supporting evidence by buildings insurers and warranty providers.

Can tenants see the reports?

Optional — tenant-safe access links can share summary humidity and CO₂ data with tenants, but not the full report. Many landlords find this builds trust during disputes.

How far back do reports go?
