What a monthly humidity report contains
1. Relative humidity range — minimum, maximum, mean, time above thresholds (60%, 70%)
2. Dew-point trend — the real predictor of condensation risk
3. Temperature range — minimum, maximum, mean, including how cold the property got
4. Ventilation summary — CO₂ peaks per occupied period, time above 1,500 ppm
5. Mould-risk flag — based on sustained-humidity-against-cool-surface heuristics
6. Comparison — vs the same property last month, and vs portfolio average
Delivered as PDF + CSV via email to the landlord, agent or property manager.
When the reports help most
Insurance and warranty claims. Continuous environmental data is increasingly accepted as supporting evidence by buildings insurers and warranty providers.
Awaab's Law compliance. Statutory deadlines for damp and mould response are much easier to meet when the underlying data has been continuously logged.
Portfolio-wide retrofit planning. A year of monthly reports surfaces which units in a portfolio are systematically worse — and where retrofit investment will pay back.
