Envora sells hardware. Your readings are the point of the product; they are not the business model. We do not sell, share, or monetise your data — ever.

What we collect
Telemetry — the readings from your device(s), if you choose to sync them to the cloud.
Account — your email, a hashed password and the rooms you create.
Diagnostic — firmware version, connectivity metrics. Used only to keep your device healthy. Opt-out in the app at any time.
How we use it
To show you your own readings, to send alerts you configure, and to improve the Envora service. Aggregated, fully anonymised statistics (e.g. average CO₂ across all users at 3 PM) may be published in our insights articles — never tied to a person or device.
Where it lives
EU-only infrastructure. Primary region: Frankfurt. Backups: Stockholm. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, keys rotated quarterly. We do not route readings through US-hosted services.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data. All four are one-click in the app. We process deletion within 24 hours and confirm by email.
